We work over email and WhatsApp because both beat a ticketing system for a two-week build, and a CTO evaluating a vendor should not have to open a support portal to ask one question. Everything that matters, scope and acceptance criteria and invoices, is confirmed in writing by email so there is a record. WhatsApp is for the fast question, not the contract.
What not to contact us about
As a courtesy, so you do not waste a message: we do not take generic AI-agent builds, crypto or trading bots, companies with no API and no database, or hourly staff augmentation. If your procurement needs SOC 2 today, we are not your vendor this quarter.
