These terms summarise how Portkeel engages. The binding terms for a project are those in the signed statement of work, which reference the tool manifest and the acceptance script. Where this page and a signed agreement differ, the signed agreement governs.

Scope and acceptance

• Scope is fixed by a signed tool manifest before any code.
• "Done" is defined by the ten-prompt acceptance script.
• A change to scope is a change order with its own fixed price.

Payment and cancellation

• 50% to start, 50% on acceptance.
• The managed retainer is billed monthly in advance.
• A 30-day defect window follows handover; the retainer cancels on 30 days notice.

Ownership

On full payment, the delivered code and your data are yours.
